Return of goods

1. Defects in goods shall be remedied, goods shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 25 of the Retail Trade Rules, goods sold to consumers under consumer purchase and sale contracts concluded remotely or outside of commercial premises shall be returned in accordance with the procedure established in Articles 6. 228 and 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

2. For exchange and return of goods it is necessary to contact in advance by e-mail. by mail.

3. Exchange and return of goods is possible only if:

3.1 The returned item  did not meet the consumer's expectations or is of inadequate quality.

3.2 The returned item was not worn

3.2.1 there is no defect in the returned goods

3.2.2 the returned goods have not lost their appearance

4. All gifts received with the returned item must be returned with the returned item

5. If the goods are not fully assembled, damaged, untidy, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to change them and not to return the buyer's money paid for the goods.

6.1 When the returned goods do not meet the consumer's expectations, the goods are returned at the Buyer's expense, i.e., the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

6.2 When returning goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer shall be refunded the full amount paid, including the costs of the initial delivery of the goods and their return to the Seller. If, when the Buyer returns a product of inadequate quality, the Seller has not ensured the organization of the return process and the payment of costs, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the costs incurred, upon presentation of supporting evidence by the Buyer.

7.1 If the Buyer terminates the purchase and sale agreement because the goods did not meet the Buyer's expectations, the Seller shall, within fourteen days of receiving the consumer's notice of withdrawal from the contract, refund the Buyer all sums paid, including the delivery costs paid by the consumer.

7.2 If the Buyer terminates the purchase and sale agreement due to the poor quality of the goods, the Seller, upon receiving the returned goods or evidence provided by the Buyer that the goods have been sent, shall refund the price paid for the goods to the Buyer within fourteen days.

8. The Buyer has the right, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified in Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, within fourteen days, to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises, except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article.

9. The Buyer's request to replace or return goods of satisfactory quality shall only be satisfied if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, have retained their consumer properties, and have not lost their commercial appearance (Civil Code, Article 6.362(3)).

10. If the returned goods are damaged, their consumer properties or marketable appearance are impaired due to the buyer's fault (i.e., damaged by the buyer), the Seller has the right to refuse to accept such goods and not to refund the price paid for them (based on the requirement of Article 6.362 of the Civil Code that the returned goods must be unused and undamaged).
